How do I order or change my existing order?
There are 6 bags in a box (Spanish or English). Order what you need, when you need it, so you don’t run out of bags. We find that some patients report never receiving a bag if one is not available to give them on the initial visit.You can order on as needed basis or set up an automatic order (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly delivery) so you have a steady supply at all times.
If your office experiences a seasonal population of patients, you can decrease/increase or pause the auto order at any time by contacting us below.

For either method, please provide:
- your name, email and phone number
- organization name and full address
- number of boxes you require in English or Spanish. If you need less than a full box of six Spanish bags, please specify.
- indicate if you would like to receive chemo caps for your patients during winter months (knitted by our volunteers)
The bags will arrive within one week, often sooner.
Do your patients know about the feedback survey?
Please encourage your patients to complete the feedback survey at any time after they have used BAG IT. It can be found in the front pocket of the binder or they can complete it online.
